Dr. David A. Molho, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with specialized training in hip and knee replacement surgery. Dr. Molho has subspecialty training in minimally invasive anterior hip replacements. He completed his residency at Yale University School of Medicine and received fellowship training with Connecticut Orthopaedics, focusing on minimally invasive techniques that promote faster patient recovery. His primary objective is to facilitate rapid recovery while delivering high performing hip and knee replacements. His surgical repertoire includes anterior hip replacements, knee replacements, partial knee replacements, and fracture surgery.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Molho is a published medical illustrator. His illustrations are featured in textbooks and peer-reviewed medical journals, featuring anatomy, musculoskeletal tumors, minimally invasive surgical techniques, and sports surgery procedures. Additionally, he has produced, edited, and published three award-winning surgical videos in collaboration with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Molho's extensive research publications cover a wide range of orthopedic areas, including trauma, pediatric orthopaedics, hip and knee arthroplasty, and surgical history.
