To help meet this need, MemorialCare Health Alliance offers you anytime, anywhere access to a patient portal* from which you can better manage your healthcare. Depending on which doctor you select or where you choose to get your care, you will be able to log into a secure, personalized website to connect with your care team and view your medical history. From your portal you may be able to:
*Most, but not all, providers are connected to a patient portal. Determine which, if any, patient portal your provider uses from their profile page, accessible through the provider search, or by simply selecting your medical group’s tab below.
If your primary care physician or other doctor is part of MemorialCare Medical Group, you will access your medical records through the myChart patient portal.

If your primary care physician or other doctor is part of Greater Newport Physicians, you may have access to your medical records through the NextMD patient portal*.
*a few independent practices use different secure portals to communicate with their patients - please confirm with your doctor which portal to use.
Access to online portal is provided by most providers and allows patients to communicate with their physician, schedule appointments, view test results and access medical history. Contact your physician for patient online portal availability.
If your primary care physician is part of the Torrance Memorial Physician Network, you may have access to your medical records through the MyTorranceMemorial patient portal.
The MyTorranceMemorial portal is your personal health connection to portions of your medical record. Here you can securely access information about your health at any time – conveniently request appointments, view test results, print immunization records, view medication lists and more.
Online Self- Enrollment Visit http://www.mytorrancememorial.iqhealth.com/self-enroll and follow the instructions.
In Office Enrollment During your next physician office visit, please make sure we have your email address on file.
If your primary care physician or other doctor is part of PIH Health, you will access your medical records through the My PIH Health patient portal.
If your primary care physician is part of Edinger Medical Group, you will access your medical records through the MyEMGChart patient portal.
This setting allows you to view available services and providers associated with your preferred location. You can change this setting at any time.
