How to Choose MemorialCare Health Alliance

You will be able to enroll in one of the MemorialCare Preferred Partnership plans during Boeing’s annual enrollment period.  For newly hired Boeing employees, you will have an opportunity to select one of the MemorialCare Preferred Partnership plans during your initial benefits enrollment period.  For questions, please contact Boeing Worklife at (866) 473-2016.  To enroll go to the Boeing Total Rewards portal.

To Enroll:

  • You will first need to go to Worklife, select "Total Compensation" and then "Health and Insurance."
  • This will get you to "Your Benefits Resource" (YBR) where you can click on the annual enrollment link.

As you review the plans available to you, you will see a “standard option” and a "Preferred Partnership option." For example, if you select to enroll in the Advantage+ plan, you will see the BCBSIL Advantage+ plan standard option as well as the MemorialCare Preferred Partnership Advantage+ option.

  • To enroll in the MemorialCare option you would choose the MemorialCare Preferred Partnership Advantage+ option.
  • You’ll have the same choices—standard or Preferred Partnership option—for the Traditional Medical Plan.

If you have any questions or need any assistance in enrolling in a MemorialCare Preferred Partnership plan, please contact Worklife at (866) 473-2016 and say "Health and Insurance" at the prompt.

Affordable—Lower Costs and Great Care!

As a member of MemorialCare Health Alliance, you’ll receive all of the healthcare benefits you’re accustomed to, but at a lower cost. Through our special partnership with Boeing, performance measurements have been established that are based on the quality of your care—including patient satisfaction and improved health outcomes—rather than the number of services we provide. And when individuals are healthier and receive better treatment for illnesses including chronic conditions, the cost of care is lower, allowing savings to be shared with employers and employees. That adds up to lower costs for you.
