...who is currently seeing an Optum/Monarch provider, and you choose to remain a MCHA member in year 2022, you will be able to continue to receive in-network care from your current Optum/Monarch provider until December 31, 2022. If you are unsure if your current treating providers are affiliated with Optum you can use the above provider search which will identify those departing the network in 2023.
