Postpartum Support Group via Microsoft Teams

This support group offers a welcoming, non-judgmental space to help you navigate the joys and challenges of motherhood. Connect with other new moms, share experiences, and build a supportive community of peers. The support group is facilitated by Sharrise Boop, MSW, LCSW, PMH-C, a licensed clinical social worker and member of Postpartum Support International. Sharrise specializes in postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and infertility, bringing expertise and compassion to each session.

Moms are welcome to have their babies with them, if desired. To maintain focus on the group's purpose, we kindly ask that older children stay with a caregiver.
