Offering You More Ways to Access Care
Along with in-person office visits, virtual visits provide safe and convenient options for members seeking care. To learn what telehealth services your doctor or medical group may be offering, select the link below.
You can access the following virtual care:
You may meet with a provider face-to-face using a camera-enabled smartphone or computer to be treated for a number of conditions that do not require a full physical exam, such as Coronavirus screenings, coughs, fevers, skin conditions, sinus infections, sore throats, sprains, and more.
You can schedule your video visit using your myChart account. If you do not have an account, you may enter myChart as a guest to make your appointment. You may also call the MemorialCare Health Alliance Call Center at (844) 441-8852 for help.
You may log into your existing myChart account or sign up for an account.
Once your visit is scheduled, access the PDFs below for information on how to download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app and join your video appointment.
MemorialCare is using Zoom to conduct virtual visits because it offers a HIPAA-compliant and secure platform for our patients. Your privacy is our highest priority, so we have implemented several safeguards to ensure your visit remains confidential. Our Zoom licenses generate a new meeting ID for every appointment and that information can only be distributed securely through myChart messaging, guaranteeing only the patient and physician have this information. For added security, our virtual waiting room only allows MemorialCare staff to invite users into the appointments to eliminate the threat of unwanted participants.
You can be treated for a variety of common conditions using the Zipnosis online platform. To begin, log into Zipnosis to start your online health interview. Expect to take between 5-15 minutes to complete the medical questionnaire. A MemorialCare provider will then review your submission and, during business hours, reply in approximately one hour with a treatment plan. The service is available Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 9:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am – 9:00 pm. Please note, if you complete the questionnaire during non-business hours, you will receive a reply the following morning. For more information on eVisits, see the FAQs.
You can access urgent care either in person or virtually. In-person urgent care accepts walk-ins or advanced scheduling appointments.

Most GNP doctors are offering video visits. Please contact your doctor directly. If your current doctor is unable to conduct a video visit or if you do not have a GNP doctor, the providers listed on the GNP website (gnpweb.com/telehealth-services) are currently accepting new patients and are available for video visits.
Greater Newport Physician doctors are using HIPAA-compliant and secure platforms such as Zoom to care for patients. Because your privacy is our highest priority, we have implemented several safeguards to ensure your visit remains confidential. For example, our Zoom licenses allow us to generate a new meeting ID for every appointment and for added security, our virtual waiting room requires our staff to invite users into the appointments to eliminate the threat of unwanted participants.
