What’s New for 2023

In April, 2022 we opened our newest primary care and urgent care location in the heart of Cypress. Located on the corner of Katella Avenue and Enterprise Drive, the new health center offers same-day appointments and walk-ins for your healthcare needs. 

Our Cypress location has everything you need to keep your family healthy, including Family Medicine, Urgent Care, X-Ray Services and Laboratory Draw Stations.

We recently relocated our health center in the heart of Dana Point to a larger site to serve the rapidly growing communities in South Orange County. Our Health Center offers Family Medicine services.

We will be opening a new primary care health center in Irvine in early 2023.

Plans are underway to open additional centers throughout Long Beach communities, including a site on Spring Street and another in Rossmoor.

In addition, OB/GYNs from Complete Women Care joined our new MemorialCare Medical Group location in Bixby Knolls.

Our successful partnership with Physical Rehabilitation Network, or CalRehab, has created the largest physical therapy network in the region with 32 locations. Patients now have expanded access to specialists who treat neurological, vestibular, and balance injuries and disorders as well as traditional physical therapy, occupational therapy, and sports medicine rehabilitation. Recently in September, we broke ground on our Women’s Health Pavilion on the MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center campus in South Orange County. Scheduled to open in 2023, the site will be home to a comprehensive breast center and provide care to women of all ages.

In addition, OB/GYNs from Complete Women Care joined our new MemorialCare Medical Group location in Bixby Knolls.

We continue to expand our telehealth services so that you have greater access to care when and where you want. Some recent examples:

• On-Demand virtual visits - We’ve made it easier to schedule a video visit for primary and urgent care through our new On-Demand feature. On-Demand video visit urgent care is available 24/7.
• MemorialCare Virtual Exam Kit powered by TytoCare - For a more enhanced virtual experience, a dedicated group of MemorialCare Medical Group physicians are now equipped to use TytoCare products to gain greater access to a patient's real-time health data, allowing them to make more informed diagnoses during video visits. The MemorialCare Virtual Exam Kit helps physicians hear patients’ heart and lung sounds, conduct ear and throat exams, measure temperatures, take images of skin issues, and more. Patient will need the MemorialCare Virtual Exam Kit.
  • Any MCHA participant can purchase a TytoCare device. Please note, when you have your virtual exam, it will be with a MemorialCare Medical Group provider, and may not be with your regular Primary Care Provider.
• Babyscripts myJourney - Pregnant women have access to this mobile app to educate, engage, and inspire them through their pregnancy and postpartum journey. The app includes: a feed of daily customized content, from conception to your baby’s first birthday, provider-approved resources, weight monitoring and care team contact information.
