Aileen M Takahashi, MD

Dr. Takahashi is the Medical Director of the Bariatric Surgery Program at Torrance Memorial Medical Center. During her residency at USC, she spent an additional year in fellowship training in Trauma and Critical Care. She then completed a fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery at UCLA. Dr. Takahashi is Board Certified in General Surgery, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES), the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons (ASMBS), and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
